Seismic risk prevention activities carried out by Reluis in support of the Civil Protection Department, as its Centre of Competence, for the achievement of the common public interest of civil protection in implementation of Article 11 of the decree-law of 28 April 2009 nr. 39, converted, with modifications, by law of 24 June 2009, n. 77.
DPC – Seismic risk prevention
The activities are governed by agreements signed pursuant to Article 15 of 7 August 1990 Law on the funds governed by the orders specified below, which have as their object the following activities:
Ordinance 532/2018
- Support activities related to seismic checks on strategic and relevant buildings referred to in OPCM 3274/03 and monitoring of interventions on strategic public buildings referred to in Article 2 paragraph 1 letter b) of the ordinances in implementation of Article 11.
- Support activities for the monitoring of activities related to interventions on private buildings referred to in article 2 paragraph 1 letter c) of the ordinances in implementation of article 11.
- Support to the Technical Board for the management of activities connected to the Ordinances 3907/2010 and following.
Ordinance 344/2016
- Support activities related to seismic checks on strategic and relevant buildings referred to in OPCM 3274/03 and monitoring of interventions on strategic public buildings referred to in Article 2 paragraph 1 letter b) of the ordinances in implementation of Article 11.
- Support activities for the monitoring of activities related to interventions on private buildings referred to in article 2 paragraph 1 letter c) of the ordinances in implementation of article 11.
- Support activities for the monitoring of the activities related to urgent and unavoidable interventions referred to in article 2 paragraph 1 letter d) of the ordinances in implementation of article 11.
Ordinance 293/2015
- Support activities related to seismic checks on strategic and relevant buildings referred to in OPCM 3274/03 and monitoring of interventions on strategic public buildings referred to in Article 2 paragraph 1 letter b) of the ordinances in implementation of Article 11.
- Support activities for the monitoring of activities related to interventions on private buildings referred to in article 2 paragraph 1 letter c) of the ordinances in implementation of article 11.
- Support activities for the monitoring of the activities related to urgent and unavoidable interventions referred to in article 2 paragraph 1 letter d) of the ordinances in implementation of article 11.
Ordinance 52/2013 – 171/2014
- Support activities related to seismic checks on strategic and relevant buildings referred to in OPCM 3274/03 and monitoring of interventions on strategic public buildings referred to in Article 2 paragraph 1 letter b) of the ordinances in implementation of Article 11.
- Support activities for the monitoring of activities related to interventions on private buildings referred to in article 2 paragraph 1 letter c) of the ordinances in implementation of article 11.
- Support activities for the monitoring of the activities related to urgent and unavoidable interventions referred to in article 2 paragraph 1 letter d) of the ordinances in implementation of article 11.
Ordinance 4007/2012
- Monitoring of activities related to interventions on strategic and relevant public works (art. 2 c.1, letter b), technical support specialized in design and management of databases, seismic checks and intervention projects on structures, numerical cartography.
- Monitoring of activities related to interventions on private buildings (letter c), technical support to districts and municipalities.
- Monitoring of activities related to urgent and unavoidable interventions (point d).
